The Tonle Sap is Southeast Asia's largest fresh water lake. It dominates central Cambodia. It is the home for many displaced Vietnamese families who in there recent history fled the military involvement of the U.S. in what was there civil war of independence against the occupying French.
Now the lake boasts a thriving floating community.
Beautiful homes with all mod cons.

The village has all forms of business, shops, restaurants and a crocodile farm.
One of many Catholic Churches, this one next to a school house.
